Owner calls it an "exquisite luxury loft." It's anything but. Piles of garbage are outside the entrance. Inside, despite me booking it for one adult and two teens, there was one made-up bed and two thin blankets for both beds -- no sheets for the plastic couch, which was the bed for me. (And only three towels -- no hand towel in the bathroom, no washclothes.) There was a dirty cup under the bed, the walls were scuffed up, the floors needed cleaning, but worst of all -- we saw multiple cockroaches! We had no choice but to spend the first night there because it was late. He did have the "manager" bring down two more. blankets. But we could not spend two nights, no way. We had to find a different rental, which was a bummer. Adam only communicated with me about the blankets. He otherwise was unresponsive about my complaints about the apartment and building.
