"everything was great. just disappointed that we had a late flight and of course the shuttle stops pick up at midnight. we had our baggage by 12:20 and they wouldn’t pick us up. Had to pay almost $50 for an uber."

"The room experience was terrible Breakfast was not available but mentioned as included during booking! Plug points were not working. Most importantly the main door was not locking and the staff mentioned they dont have anyone to fix it and have to wait till the next morning which was ridiculous and safety concern! I asked for a full refund which is yet to be processed"

"Rooms and property was clean. Staff was helpful. No coffee pots or dishes in the rooms even though there is a full size fridge and cooktop ICE machine was broken had to go to hotel next door for ice. Over all not a bad experience."

"The staff was certainly nice, the location was very convenient, and the price was quite low for a hotel (which is why I booked it). The only thing cheaper was a motel or something like a Red Roof Inn. So, I went with a hotel thinking it would be a bit nicer. Microtel really wasn't. The building condition was what you'd expect from an $80-$90 a night motel. So, if low price is your main goal, Microtel is about the same as a motel but costs a little more, so might as well book the motel instead."

"AC was great, bed was clean, pillows were flimsy, room was clean enough, shower is a nightmare. Worked for what I need it for (driving into Pittsburgh for a hockey game and flying out the next morning) and my gripes aren't big enough to say I wouldn't come back."
