"The living space was very cozy. It was pet-friendly and the owner charged us a reasonable price for our pet. The owner provided everything we needed, such as stove, kettle, pots, utensils and there was even ice in the fridge. We had a great , memorable weekend get-away. "

"Nice hotel. The bath water was warm but not hot. The stopper in the tub closed but wouldn’t open up. I had to pry it open. The room was nice and clean. The staff was excellent! Breakfast was good. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. The soda machine took my money, and when I told the front desk attendant she said “yeah it took mine a few days ago” but obviously she didn’t label the machine as not working. "

"I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match. We were placed on the 4th floor despite noting during booking that we were traveling with an 18-month-old, and within the first 10 minutes we had a noise complaint called on us, which was frustrating given the circumstances. I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the request was refused due to a wedding party staying at the hotel. I was told they couldn’t downgrade me to a queen room, which was disappointing as we were simply looking for a more practical arrangement with a young child. The pool was advertised as heated, but it was very cold and not enjoyable to use. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I was disappointed, especially since I had higher expectations based on the reviews. Needless to say, I will not be staying here in the future."

"Your Family’s Place will forever be our favorite get away. From the moment of planning to stay here, to booking, to the travel, to the actual vacation, everything is STRESS free. It’s like nothing else we have ever experienced. We never have to worry about anything through out the process. If there is ever even the slightest worry Rose is quick to answer any and all questions. Being at any of these properties is the perfect escape from our day to day lives. The one place where worry seems to be non existent. Forever our favorite place in Ohio for our family and our Dogs 🫶"
