We had an issue on our first night but the staff did their best to deal with it. Fortunately this was resolved. Breakfast was great, excellent quality and a good selection. "Staff were excellent - offered and changed my room from family to twin room, which was far better for me ( 2 beds versus bed and converted settee ). Hotel only 7 months old so in very good condition. Central, car parking nearby. Food offereing not good, but chinese carry out very close, and plenty of local cafe's. Taxi office about 100 yards from hotel. Good price."
