Full of history, charm and character in the charming Grade 1 listed building! 3rd time I’ve been and will happily becoming again when In Shrewsbury. Close to town, pubs, the river, shops and the city centre. Even Charles Dickens stayed her many MANY years ago!"

The only improvement staff wise is the spa staff should be more visible on arrival and not on the iPhone in the back room."
