"My mom and I stayed one night just to enjoy girl time, and a soak in the jacuzzi. The grounds were clean, and the pool and the jacuzzi were very nicely kept. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The room was clean, but the only 2 things that would need improvement is the beds could have been softer and there could have been complimentary water and bath products in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"First thing I noticed when checking in was how friendly the staff was. They were always happy to help or answer questions. The second, the room was very clean. I initially thought out comforter had stains on it but I was wrong. The bed was on the firm side, which is my preference, and the floors were not carpet, so another bonus. My favorite part of the room had to be the bathroom though. No dirty shower curtain, this bathroom had the sliding glass panels and there was so much room in it! Honestly its one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The location has easy interstate/highway access and was quiet at night. Being right across from the mall also gave us a lot of food options. There was plenty of parking and I felt safe. If we ever come back to LA, I'd definitely stay here again."

"A very bad experience at the last minute they didn't give me the reservation they didn't tell me that the property had leaks problems and this caused me not to be able to celebrate with my family at the end of the year I don't recommend this application I contacted customer service and they couldn't help me bad very bad service"

"Great spot for our family Thanksgiving! The place was spotless, the location was convenient, and the AC/heating worked perfectly. Hana was a great host—very responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen had plenty of plates and cookware for our meals, which was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend."
