Tiny home in the trees

Soak in quiet, peaceful mountain air in this brand new tiny home, cozy w/ rustic accents, tucked away in the trees. Right on the Fonta Flora trail with miles of hiking & walking beach access to the Lake, a few mins from boat launches. Enjoy your coffee on the porch, secluded from neighbors, surrounded by green & bird calls. Small enough to be affordable, big enough to be comfortable. As close to a tree house you can get without climbing a ladder. Linville Gorge & waterfalls a short drive away
The space
- 1 downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and TV in room.
- 1 full bathroom with good size shower (no tub but you can borrow a plastic tote to fill for young children)
- Loft with 2 Twin XL bed and 1 trundle bed, and TV, can be pushed together to make a King size bed but that does limit walking space to get into the half bathroom.
- Half bath upstairs, stairs are steep use with caution (it is a tiny home after all)
- Main room with loveseat & chair, eating counter area with 3 stools, 2 TV trays, small kitchen with small fridge/freezer, sink, 2 burner stove and good size airfryer/ toaster/ oven combo and most necessary kitchen items.
- If you need something more just ask, we are 2 houses down.
- nice size patio with table/ 4 chairs and other lounge seating.
- Trailhead for the Fonta Flora trail is 100 ft further down the road. Has signs and a map. Trail continues for many miles. The trail also wraps around behind the tiny home, short cuts through the woods are ar your own risks.
- 1.2 miles down is the small county swim beach with a sand (not mud) entrance. You know you are close when you cross a paved road.
Guest access
Stairs to loft are steep, use with caution. keypad on the door. Parking up by the road or on small parking pad.
Other things to note
There are a good number of stairs down the the house please only book if stairs are not a problem for you.
