Rare Gem on YEAR ROUND DEEP Water of Lake Blue Ridge!

"First off, communications was really exceptional, Shane was on top of everything and there was very little wait time, with really no inconvenience to any of us, and he was ready with information and even letting you know in advance to anything. As well offered well thought of and much appreciated customer service as his was impeccable. A shout out to his cleaning lady Beverly as well. She was outstanding, what a strong determination and skill this woman has got. Plenty of parking outside and space inside. Three full size bathrooms, rooms were nicely appointed and the furniture was outstanding and really comfortable. A tv in almost every room and one on the back porch, . Two porch areas one up top and of course the one on the bottom with the tv. Plenty of area around the doc and they also had kayaks you can use and room on the side for a pontoon if you were to rent one. This was a great stay and a memorable one, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Shane for the exceptional customer service and your response time to issues, and (to those that are wondering or questioning the issues ,it was beyond his control) use of your home, it was phenomenal."

"We had an amazing vacation on this Lake Front property. The house met all of our needs, was clean and very open to accommodate our large family reunion. The communication with the host was quick and efficient to any questions that came up during our stay. Having a dock and boat slip to tie up our boat also made this a very relaxing vacation so we could have all the fun possible during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The home is beautiful for the most part! We had 21 people for a retreat. There was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The hot tub was great! The dock was a bit dangerous as the stairs to the dock were very steep and awkward. So, getting down there was scary. The areas for improvement: lighting in the home was tough. It was dark. The kitchen utensils need updating- the frying pans are super old and scratched pretty bad. There are only about 6 spoons in the entire kitchen. No serving spoons or forks, the dishwasher wasn’t working. So… lots of washing dishes. Then…. The bears/raccoons came multiple evenings because the trash cans are outside as the garage is locked and we had to clean up trash every morning. I notified the people with no response. Then, we were excited to have large shampoo and conditioner bottles in the showers… but they were not filled. I think for the price you are paying… it should be excellent. I would say it was okay- not excellent. The lake was awesome! Also, the basement was very humid and it was hard to cool down. All these things can be improved upon, so hopefully they will take the feedback! Thanks!!"
