Unique carpet a mix of 3 or four connected by orange duct tape. Front desk is the nicest thing in the hotel. Pictures are Very Very misleading. It’s more like a golf course near an overpriced motel 6. Vending machine not in service no stock, exact change for year old pop tarts. No caffeinated coffee, ran out. No ice, have to go to desk for TP and towels. I know because we stayed for 4 nights. I will say, looked like clean linens and pretty quiet area. Bar was fun Sierra was wonderful!

Absolutely stunning location, full of beauty. Close to major roads but feels quiet and secluded. We will definitely visit again in-season but this is a phenomenal spot to stay for a day or two when traveling from the Midwest to the Northeast.

While this property is outdated, the staff and cleanliness make up for that. We booked a hotel stay, but apparently the hotel was closed, so we were upgraded to a two-story townhouse which gave both my son and me our own bedroom and bathroom! The woman who checked us in was supposed to leave at midnight, but she agreed to wait 30 minutes for arrival.

Got to the room and phone didn't work, pulled the cord up and it looked like a rat had chewed the cord in two. The pool had no clean towels. Then there was no hot water in the room, got moved to a different room and had paid for queen beds and got moved to a full size room. The next room the tv, air conditioner and phone did not work. There was a power cord and it was extremely dirty. Then the next morning they did not offer an apology or a refund.

I had a mishap with the parking and drove over a spot into a kind of ditch. My neighbor, who apparently also worked there yelled at me in the parking lot while I was in the process of taking care of and paying for the process. He said some things that were hurtful, but I paid my dues. I probably didn't clean up after myself enough so I have to apologize to the staff for that. And I was late dropping off my keys because I was in the hospital, so I hope they understand. I couldn't reach the front desk for help before a certain time and I had to go the club house and hope someone was there. I guess I was just not used to that kind of stay.
