Budget hotel but actually pretty nice. Rooms were very clean as was the lobby, and the front desk workers both days were friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is basic hotel breakfast and did offer some hot options, not just cold breads and cereals. Quiet location but within a couple miles of downtown Morgantown. Parking is ample.

The room they gave us had black hair all over the sheets when we turned the covers down. The room was freezing cold and would not heat up. They gave us another. Clean sheets this time but room remained cold the entire night. It was 25 degrees outside and we would have been just as warm if we pitched a tent and slept outside. I am not exaggerating.

The front door to the building is hanging open, so it does not feel very secure or safe. When I walked by the lobby at midnight and again early in the morning, there was nobody there to view visitors. The room was okay. The bathroom floor was very sticky - I put towels down so I didn't have to walk on it.

The whole hotel had an odd smell, kinda musty and there was a full trash can on our floor that was not taken out the 2 days we stayed there. There was mold in the shower and our room had an unsettling smell as well. The staff was very nice and helpful when our room key did no work multiple times throughout our stay. Honestly would not stay here again.

Room had mold on walls, smelled very musty, leftover food in refrigerator from previous guest open bottle of Gatorade on floor under side of bed, large are of tub had crack and plaster, floors weren’t vacuumed. Lobby had a weird smell kind of butter scotch maybe for Fall but it was overwhelming upon entry to the hotel. Room had muddy carpet, damp bath towels and empty shower gel. Shower was good, tv good, refrigerator froze all our drinks but fine. Price was okay on a game weekend. Hotel was filled with a construction crew and they were fine but everywhere. All corners of the hotel had exits and smokers..
