"We were given the ADA accessible room which we didn't need. We should have asked for a different room so some of our disappointment in the hotel was our fault. The bathroom had no lip for the shower so we had to stand in water at the sink after showering. Our room was never cleaned during our 2 night stay and we had used all of the towels trying to absorb the water at the sink."
