Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost

Because wet weather curtailed our sightseeing we arrived two hours too early so unsurprisingly there was no room ready for us. The reception staff made us coffee and let us drip gently in a comfy corner of the reception area until a room was available. Dinner was exceptional.

The staff were very friendly and did their best to speak English with us. The hotel is extremely charming and pretty. Our room was small but tasteful. A lovely view of the courtyard below. Definitely needed more closet or drawer space, however. The bathroom was overall clean and adequate, but it was older and needed to be updated or renovated-- no counter space at all. A little moldy/gunky grout in the shower area. The most difficult thing about this hotel is the number of stairs/doors through which you have to navigate to get up to your room if you are not on the ground floor. Lugging suitcases up the staircase was not a great start to the stay. The town itself is quaint and quiet and worth exploring.

Conforme aux attentes

Petit hôtel très charmant dans un village de caractère, le restaurant est délicieux (bon rapport qualité/prix pour la prestation servie). Le personnel est aux petits soins. L’hôtel propose des produits locaux pour le petit déjeuner. Je recommande pour un séjour en amoureux.

Bref séjour au Perche

Hôtel bien situé au coeur du centre historique de Mortagne-au-Perche. Personnel accueillant, courtois et professionnel. Stationnement disponible dabns un parc face à l'hôtel. Restaurant sur place et cuisine raffinée et surprenante. Par contre, pas d'ascenseur sur place (si vous avez comme nous de lourds bagages).

fantastische plek in het middeleeuwse centrum van Mortange,zeer sfeervol en typisch romantisch frans.leuke kamers, sommige modern,andere wat minder,vaak nog douchen in bad bv,,wat niet erg comfortabel is, omdat ook nog een afscheiding of gordijn niet aanwezig is kortom waterballet.bedden zijn prima,evenals het ontbijt.Het geheel is wel wat aan de prijs.

Très bon et trop court séjour ,La chambre attribuée était spacieuse, le repas parfait servi en room service car le restaurant était complet ,le personnel est très accueillant je suis enchantée de mon séjour je reviendrai dans cette hôtel même s’il n’est pas complètement à côté de l’endroit où je travaillais. Seul petit bémol ils ne prennent pas l Amex mais vont résoudre ce problème rapidement
