"The room is big and nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing was that, someone knocked at our door at 20.00. I was brushing the teeth and thought who was it as we didn't know anyone in Albania. Before I made any response, the door was opened from outside by a staff. He was very surprised to see me and then he apologised. It terrified us as we are one mother and 2 kids. There is no inside locker on the door. "

Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service really stood out. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was way tooooo comfy! The hotel facilities were well maintained and offered everything you’d expect from a high quality stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything felt fresh and well prepared. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, this hotel delivers a 5-star experience despite being a 4-star property. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service."

The sauna was refreshing and we'll maintained. The bar is a bit expensive but convenient. Great location easily walkable to most tourist attractions and restaurants. "
