"I appreciate the country effort put into this hotel. They had rags for your dog or your hunting equipment that you could wipe down. The hot tub was mediocre. The attendance were very pleasant to work with."

The furnishings are a little dated, but it doesn't lack anything and the trade off for the cleanliness is well worth it.The bed is comfortable and there's a dollar general across the road that is more like a small grocery store. "The home worked out well for our group. It is an old house but there have been a lot of upgrades. There are a few, relatively minor things that could be “finished up” with regards to upgrading the home but for our purpose as a group of guys on a hunting trip, it was what we were looking for. We had no problems, breakdowns etc. with anything on the property. It may not be a finely polished, perfect, new home but that’s not what it showed in the description. There were no real surprises. The host was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We will likely be back next year!"
