"The property was very nice and clearly well maintained. It was well furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note is that the garage is on the smaller side and wouldn’t accommodate a pickup truck, but there was plenty of convenient surface parking available.The location was also a big plus, close to several shopping areas and restaurants, which made everything easily accessible.Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time...

"We brought our cat and stayed in a pet-friendly rooms. The kitchen/living area had lots of storage space, refrigerator, small stovetop, microwave and utensils/cups/etc that were convenient. Dish soap, a scrub sponge and a drying towel were provided for clean up. However, whomever previously had our room didn’t thoroughly wash everything, so we had to pre-wash some things before we could cook. Also, water pressure at the kitchen sink was low at times. The room decor was cute. I would have liked a mirror in which I could see myself in the bedroom, as I ‘m short and the mirrors mounted on the wall were mostly for decor and very high up. The bathroom had little counter space, but the large bedroom dressers (great for storing clothes and shoes) made a good surface to store extras that could be taken into the bathroom when needed. The jet tub in the bathroom was nice to try once, but noisy. I preferred to shower. I knew the room had no AC. But I didn’t know we’d have a monsoon pattern that would make still, warm and humid air, and that we wouldn’t get typical breezes to cool us down as much with the windows open. The portable fan in the bedroom helped a lot. Another in the kitchen/living area would have made things better for cooling areas at the same time. The property itself looked nicer than any nearby us. The pool was a bit dirty, but probably due to recent rain we had. I would have preferred a warmer hot tub, but understand others may not like it as warm in summer."

"Pretty good experience. The front desk was very helpful at check in, the rooms were clean and comfortable. A tad outdated, yes. But not terribly so. Maybe bigger towels - theirs are exceptionally small - and new curtains that actually block out the lights outside. But it was quiet and comfortable."

"Stayed five nights in July for my 40th high school reunion. We stayed in the concierge tower which was very nice. Large room with a view of the mountains, free breakfast, and high floor. We enjoyed the pool one day, small but clean and had pool service for food and drinks. We also used the gym daily, clean and had free water bottles etc. My wife used the spa one morning, said it was nice, but the sports massage wasn't as good as she hoped. We ate at the steakhouse, very good and excellent service. The valet was also convenient and friendly. All in all, a good stay back in Reno."
