We have been renting from Ryan for several weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The home is very clean and cozy, just as advertised and Ryan has been so nice to work with. I highly recommend this house and host to anyone looking a place to stay in the area.
Quick trip to visit family on way to Hilton Head, SC
There are not many hotel options in the Jefferson,, Pageland area of South Carolina. We just needed a place for one night and this place was perfect for our small family to lay our heads for the night. The owners were nice and understanding and communicated very well leading up to the stay. No complaints and would stay there again next time we're visiting the area.
Nice and clean. It was located 10 minutes ftom our family we were visiting.

The Pageland getaway
We stayed at this cozy house for a long weekend while visiting family in Pageland. The house is very clean, furniture is beautiful, linen’s high quality bed very comfortable. Are only complaint was that the shower and kitchen needs to be updated. Everything is in working order, and clean but the shower is extremely old and not in great shape. I would definitely stay here again, if it was completely updated I would have given it a 5 rating.
Thank goodness for last minute checking! I was able to find this perfect place after not locating a hotel close enough to my goddaughter’s wedding venue. Ryan is kept in constant communication with me. We had planned on getting in early, but didn’t. The home is very cozy and quaint. It felt good to relax with my glass of moscato in the living room! Everything you need is right there! If we are every in town again, we will definitely stay there again.
We stayed here while our teenage son attended a camp at Wingate University (30 minutes away). The house was just as described, VERY clean and the attention to detail was fantastic. Beverages/coffee provided, soaps/dishsoap/shampoo, etc. were plentiful. One review mentioned the dated kitchen and bathroom but the owners have done everything to make it work and they succeeded. The beds were comfortable, large smart TV, great towels and everything you need if you were going to cook. We stayed in July, the only thing to make it better would maybe be an AC unit in the bedroom or perhaps some fans (there are ceiling fans). I would absolutely stay here again. Side note, the Watermelon Fest is in July but we just missed it- looked like a blast!
