The staff was very nice The nighttime desk clerk was very helpful and made check in very easy and fast. VERY SAD THE POOL IS NO LONGER OPEN FOR THE SUMMERS WHEN WE COME BACK TO MOUNT JACKSON VA. They can do a little more for breakfast and have real coffee all day. The machine they use is cold after 2 minutes. Other than that everything is great.

This is my GO TO stopping point on my regular trips from Georgia to New Hampshire. The rooms are basic but always clean and comfortable. The desk clerks are friendly and professional and are willing to accomidate my request for a 1st floor room facing the parking lot. Easy on and off access to the highway. For my needs it's practically perfect.

Great stopover for a quick overnight. Near gas/convenience stores and I-81 without getting highway traffic noise. Only downside was they only have coffee in the morning, but room was clean & spacious & everything needed!

Good location when breaking up a long drive north on route 81. Rooms are well maintained aesthetically and clean. Depending on room location, highway traffic noise can be louder. Recommend requesting a room on the interior facing away from 81.
