The staff was great, the check in was quick. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very clean. I also liked the parking lot it’s very secure, and the continental breakfast was fine not a lot of choices but it is decent to start your day. I would definitely stay here again.

Whilst the room had lingerie from the previous occupants, it didn't damper the fun. It was otherwise clean and well equipped. The microwave and mini fridge made refreshments and food a breeze before and after the concert at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially, the live hotel agent via computer in the lobby. I will say having a Mediterranean vibe without a pool is quite the stretch, but it worked! We found community and hung out in the lobby and patio area with new found friends(including the live agent) into the wee hours of the morning!

A unique place to stay. In the day and age of “sterile” hotels that all look the same, the Hotel Zico is quite unique. Colorful, clean and friendly. Great beds, and an awesome breakfast!

The staff were super accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything you'd ever need! The complimentary breakfast was a great touch as well. If I were to stay in the South Bay again, I would definitely stay here.

I loved this hotel. It’s clean, the rooms are renovated and the hotel has such a sweet Mediterranean charm. A lot of character. The staff was lovely, breakfast was actually tasty and loved their auto cappuccino/latte maker. I loved it. Such a peaceful place. It’s also it a great area. Lots of restaurants and stuff nearby. Opposites for growth: Weights/dumbbells in the gym, access to the cappuccino/latte maker after breakfast would be nice (like one in the lobby) and one more set of washing/drying. Other than that, i truly enjoyed my stay. If i need a hotel in the area again, it wouldn’t be 100% be hotel zico.
