"Great location and facilities "

"Lovely little hotel in a prime location near the central station so handy for getting out of town and also a 15 minute walk across either of 2 beautiful bridges into the historical centre. Price was great. Staff are friendly. Room No 21 was immaculate. We had a standard room. Huge bed with comfortable mattress. Great hot shower. Glass refillable bottles of still and sparkling water. Lovely bathroom products. A few minor downsides - the space between the end of the bed and wall was small so it was a side shuffle to not hit your knees on the bed corner; the bathroom was tiny and the shower stall leaked so all our towels ended up on the floor to soak up the water. Also, it was very noisy outside from the restaurant exhaust fans that seemed to run 24 hrs/day over 3 days we stayed, so opening the window for fresh air wasn’t pleasant. We would stay again though. "

"The hotel is pet friendly with many guests accompanied by their dogs. Although the hotel is out of town the free bus service made travel extremely easy with the bus stop adjacent to the hotel. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. "

"Great location, friendly staff, however, wifi really poor and the room I was in was located next to a lobby door that constantly slammed when people went through it, not ideal in an evening when trying to sleep. "

"Cute hotel right on a main plaza in the old town. Great location making it easy to walk to all the main sites. We were in the family room with a great view overlooking the plaza. We arrived a little early before check in but they kept our bags safe while we went to grab some lunch. The elevator stops about every other floor so you do have to carry your bags up a few steps to the room but not a big deal. Included breakfast was tasty and included bread and jam, cheese, prosciutto, yogurt, and a drink. Each person gets the same tray of food for breakfast. "

"Hotel still has a lot of 1930s charm internally from the lift to the main staircase. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was excellent. Credit to your staff all excellent."

"Excellent location. Warm and friendly staff at check in / out and at breakfast. Breakfast with a varied and fresh selection (loved the bacon!) Clean, spacious and bright room overlooking the main street. Even with window open overnight it felt quiet. Comfortable bed, kettle, coffee/ tea and a 2 free bottles of water. Only downside was the air con that i couldnt switch off. As we only stayed 1 night i tolerated it otherwise i would have asked. Wifi - hasslefree connection, fast "
