"I usually book here whenever I go to the dead sea but this last visit wasn’t the best. The room was missing some tools like the hair dryer and bath robe. Called receptionist to request the items but they said they will but we waited long and they didn’t bring them although they were supposed to be included in the room package.
Another thing is the type of people who were using the swimming pools, there was so many young men who were chasing girls in the pool and taking pictures of them. I had to tell the towels guy about the pictures so they are aware."
"The resort grounds and overall property are beautiful, and the Dead Sea itself was an incredible experience, but unfortunately the stay did not fully live up to the price point. The room was not particularly clean upon arrival, and the food quality at several of the on-site restaurants was disappointing considering the cost.
The biggest issue was the beach access area for entering the Dead Sea. The area felt poorly maintained with broken and dirty lounge furniture, and getting in and out of the water was more difficult than expected because of the condition of the beach setup.
Overall, the location and scenery are stunning, but the resort experience itself fell short in several areas that should be expected from a property at this level."
"I had a wonderful stay at Tell Madaba Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city center and within walking distance of Madaba’s main attractions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Great value for the price, excellent service, and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba!"
"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude!
But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring water was great. But if they just work on their service, it would be 5 stars. "
