"We stay at this hotel once every year. This time we got a room with a shower that was pretty amazing. It is a clean and comfortable place to stay but it is not modern and fancy. Don’t expect much for the Continental breakfast they offer. Otherwise it’s a good safe bet."

"10/10 will always come back here when in the area. Very clean rooms, nicely renovated property with comfortable beds, and the room had a smart tv with tons of options. Bodywash, shampoo and conditioner in the very nice and clean shower. Exterior was very clean and well done. Pool was drained but I am guessing that was due to the season shifting to winter. Very nice pool area for when it is open. Breakfast was great! 2 waffle makers, eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, really good coffee, multiple types of bread/toast. The guy working breakfast was very nice and on top of keeping everything topped up and fresh! Look no further when staying in southeast utah. Stayed here vs overpriced moab and was definitely worth it."

"The online check-in was easy, and the room was clean and functional. The only complaint we have is with the bed. It was a double, which is rather small for two people. Also, the mattress was extremely soft, and any movement caused the bed frame to creak significantly."

"This is a charming motor in that is well-maintained and still has some character from the early days of car travel. The check-in went well with a friendly manager/owner. The unit was clean and comfortable and even the in-room coffee was tasty! The room has a small fridge, which is great for cooler stuff, and a microwave. There's a small breakfast but I left before it was available. Definitely value for the cost and fun to stay in an old-school motor lodge. I'm happy to support such a business."

"I had booked this property for the wrong year - yikes! At the last moment I messaged the rental person and told her my dilemma. She worked with me (I was in and out of cell coverage on our hour-long journey from where I first messaged her till we got to Blanding) and was able to have a condo here when we got here-whew! Can't say enough good things about communication. The condos and parking was as I expected as well. Great stay."

"Exceptional stay! Although my trip was primarily business-focused, the experience felt surprisingly warm and comfortable, more like being at home than staying in a hotel (tiny home ;-). The accommodations were welcoming, the service was thoughtful, and everything I needed for a productive stay was readily available.
