"The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, and the place itself was clean. However, there were a few small issues during my stay. Basic items like hand wash were missing, and despite mentioning it once, it wasn’t provided. There were also times when the toilet paper ran out, and there weren’t enough towels available. The room I stayed in was quite dark and a bit dim, which made it feel less comfortable. I expected a few more basic amenities and a bit more attention to these details. Overall the location is great, but a few improvements in amenities and guest comfort would make the stay much better."
