We had an excellent stay here for 2 days. It’s conveniently located close to the airport. The staff and service was very good at the front desk and in the on-site restaurants. The property is nicely maintained and clean. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was excellent.

Had a sick child with special restricted food/diet. They refused to heat up outside food. It costs you nothing to help use a microwave. Beautiful hotel. Baggage help was very nice.

The property is beautiful from the time you step into the Hotel. The room was very nice and spacious for two people. We stayed in room 2194 and the view was over the Asian restaurant. The Bell caos were on point everyday. The club area was very nice. Let me finish by telling you about the Breakfast Buffet. Awesome. The team and Management Staff get av5 Star across everything.

Overall great stay for a few days. The property is very well kept, very central and easy to get to transportation as needed. Staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet had many good options. Room service was generally good (don’t recommend the belly of pork, so much soft barely cooked fat). The bed was super comfortable and pillows just right. Water pressure in the shower excellent. Only major complaint was the loudness of the on site club. Was so loud for hours that we couldn’t sleep. Possibly because of the location of our room? Our friends on the other side of the hotel did not have the same issue.

I have there before but this time checking in took a long time, bags to room took 3 phone calls and 20 minutes to arrive. Good part was Service delivered by Abhijeet and Ganga dyring breakfast as attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond was was very much appreciated

Don’t use the laundry!!

Nice hotel, a lot of amenities but I put a small wash through laundry and got charged £120 for it. Do NOT use the laundry, the prices are worthy of a scam even for back home. Also rooms are on the very low-end of 5-star.

Was not advised anytime in advance that renovations was taking place between 9am to 9pm on different floors so noise was a bit of a inconvenience.
