한마디로 여긴 호텔 아님 동네 여인숙보다 못함 룸에 모기때가 좀 과장하면 1000마리정도가

여기는 사람이 자는곳이 아님. 룸안에 모기때가 알을 낳고 집을 지어 사는 모기 굴임. 여기자면 모기에게 피빨려 죽음. 위치도 밤에는 도저히 찾을수 없음. 한마디로 그냥 여기는 절대로 가면 안되는곳임. 공항에서 호텔가지 바로가면 약 10~15분 거리 하지만 현지 택시 기사들도 몇번씩 길을묻고 또물어 약 한시간에 걸쳐 겨우 찾아갔음. 시설이라고 말할수 있는건 아무것도 없음 아주낡은 침대 하나와 때가 찌든 커피포트 한개가 시설의 전부임 목욕탕은 옷벋고 들어가면 피부병 걸림. 암튼 한마디로 사람이 자는곳이 아님.

Did the job....

Stayed here for a quick layover. It is close to the airport, but the hotel is in need of some TLC. Would not stay here again, even for a short layover.

Good place to stay in transit

Hotel was OK for short stay as it is near by International Airport. I stayed there as I had to catch early morning flight. They provided complimentary airport drop off.

Great Value Mumbai Airport Hotel

I would recommend this hotel if you are just stopping over for a night between flights and don't plan to leave the hotel. The neighborhood is not good....but they picked me up at the airport and dropped me in front of the door of the hotel, and also did the same bringing me back to the airport, so you don't have to experience the neighborhood except driving through it. Considering the prices of hotels in Mumbai, the room price (which includes round trip airport transfer and an Indian breakfast) strikes me as a deal. The room was okay--what I would expect for an inexpensive hotel, clean enough, comfortable enough, big enough and with room service and a TV.

Worst coordination with expedia

I booked two rooms for 18th july and when I reached there the metro hotel said that expedia communicated only one room. My family had to stay in one room inspite I paid for two rooms. The person at reception was uncortious. Even they have very inferior rooms at the basement and yokd me to shift there. Expedia should immediately stop booking with such hotel.

Good budget accommodation near airport

We arrived at midnight and needed a clean and restful place for the night - no extra frills sought. This was perfect. They have free airport pick up. We really appreciated the driver waiting for us for almost two hours (the time it took us to come out). The staff, even at that odd hour, were helpful and friendly. The free wi-fi worked well. The complementary breakfast next morning was sumptuous. We took standard room. It was small yet adequate. They showed us the more expensive deluxe rooms. They were nicer. But the standard was sufficient for us for an overnight rest. The only negative was that the toilet was hard to flush. We were shown how to get it to work. But it would have been better if this problem was not there.

very near to airport

its very gud and very omely. the staff like ajay. anand laxman are all friendly. the boys r very nice and experienced. food is very gud i can say excellent.

Reasonable rate close to the airport

The hotel staff were good and courteous. But the room was neat. Had it been cleaned properly it would have been better. The bed was tidy. The furnitures and sofa (inside the room) had lot of dust. If they keep the rooms clean it would have been a much better experience.

Good location 4 airport and stations for S Mumbai

The 2nd floor rooms are posher than the 1 st floor. I preferred the inside room as there was less traffic noise. AC and wifi work. I checked out at 12 noon. Hotel made available a room to shower before free ride to the airport. Free ride only one way and RS 200 for additional ride. Cheaper rooms are simple and the tiles in the bathroom could do with a scrub. Toast and omelettes available + Indian curry breakfast. The hotel froze my water bottles daily. Mainland China do room delivery with plates and cutlery. Room service from hotel is also available. Bottled Water available at 1/2 price from shops below. 2 Hard Rocks close by. Dharavi tour. Mumbaimagic tours, juhu is an experience but a good miss. Elephants caves was amazing. Arya Bhavan, Matunga Rly Stn for S Indian food flower market, Swati, Tardeo Road for street food and near Mani Bhavan ( Ghandi museum). Tuk Tuk tip: try to get a rickshaw in the direction you are going. If the driver is happy to get to your desternation get in then ask him to reset the metre. If he does not get out and try again. Taxis want to set fares though I found some happy to use the metre. Pre paid taxis from stations and airports also work. Carry small notes. Local airlines 15 kg hold and 7 kg carry on. Go to Hyderabad Taj hotel Central and a coach to Hampi and coach/ train to Goa palolim & n beaches better.

Worst Hotel

This hotel does not have anything good in it.1.There is no proper parking facility.2.The reception is very rude.3.On entering the room it was stinking of urine.4.The second room which I could see was two separate beds whereas my requirement was 1 double bed.5.On my resistance I was told that you may choose another hotel and no money will be refunded since it is by Hotels.com 6 I paid 2000 etc above the 2600 (normal tarrif was 4500) for a delux room ,however my expectations were shortlived as new room as also 2.5/5 bed not confortable,TV not working etc.

Reminds you of slumdog millionaire

The hotel is close to airport. Complimentary shuttle is good. But the bedsheets are stained. Air conditioning is weak. Overall condition is terrible. Fortunately, I am staying there for a few hours waiting for my flight at midnight since the airport does not allow waiting for more than 4 hours after check in.

Good airport shuttle

OK to crash here whilst waiting for early morning flight. Staff friendly and helpful. City view was of a flyover. Very basic facilities with work in progress.

Worst value for money I have experienced in India

To beginn with, I booked and got confirmed one double room with airport pick up a few months in advance. Then - just to make it very sure - I reasked for confirmation within 24 hours before our arrival at the hotel, what I got. But when we arrived at the airport there was no pick up waiting for us. So we had to call the hotel with our non-indian SIM Card (which costed us a fortune!) and wait for the promised pick up service in the middle of the night. Once the guy arrived he quickly apologized and insisted on tip. What we stupidly gave. Once arriving at the hotel we were shocked at heraing that there was no double room for us. I showed the printed confirmation to the guy from reception, whereon he said they would arrange it. After half an hour wait - meanwhile it was 2 AM - they finally gave us one room. What a disappointment! It was the worst room I could have ever immagined! Not at all the way it looked on the net! It was grimy, stinky and dirty and had no window! The sheets were obviously not washed and the bathroom was plenty with bugs! The soap we found in the bathroom had been already used and put back in the paper. Same thing with shampoo and shower gel: they all had been already used by some previous guests and put back in the basket for us. We immediately complained that this wasn't what we had paid for (We paid USD 55 for one night, what equals RS 3410!) But they rejected our disappointment. Pricest and worst hotel I stayed at during 2 months stay in India!STAY AWAY

Please remove this Hotel from you list

I always assume Hotels.com provide some level of guarantee about the quality of the hotels listed. This was a terrible hotel not close at all from the International Airport, during high traffic hours, which is almost the whole day in Mumbai, it may take about 1 hour to reach the place, which is located on the back of a Chinese restaurant, on the second floor. Very bad experience for me.

Budget, budget

Enkelt rum, amatörmässig kvalitet på det mesta. Internet funkade mitt i natten men inte i övrigt. Mycket oljud från trafiken utanför. Roomservice funkade bra. Endast ett alternativ om man vill ha en kort natt i samband med flygresa till ett billigt pris.
