"Short one night stay before travelling on, we arrived very late but the reception staff was extremely friendly and understanding. We had a family room which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, a welcome treat after a long journey! The continental breakfast was also generous and delicious. Would definitely recommend a stay here, and no doubt we'll be returning! "

"Basic facilities, which we knew when booking. Initially expected to arrive late from the tunnel and be off in morning, but ended up getting a much earlier train. St Omer deserves time and a walk around - lovely park and some good bars and bistros so glad we got to see that. Hotel well positioned for getting back onto the autoroute and for walking into town. "

"Chateau Tilques is in a lovely setting and easy to find. Our Deluxe room was in the chateau and was spacious and comfortable with a view of the lawns from a large window. The Comfort rooms are separate from the main building, as is the dining room and pool. We were slightly irritated that although we had booked dinner and had it confirmed via Expedia, on arrival we were told the time we had booked was not available. The reception staff were apologetic and tried to help but it was an unfortunate...

"The members of staff were very friendly and equally helpful when we asked for advice. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom not only had a bath, but also a great shower. The breakfast was great. I would definitely return to this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others visiting Dunkirk. "
