Our family loved this property!! We brought our two dogs and it was very secure and the doggy door in the back door was so convenient!! Our kids loved the loft area as their own space and the kitchen had everything we could need!! Will definitely stay here again!
This A-frame was so cute! The bedding & towels were super comfortable & nice and the TVs had streaming capabilities so we just logged in after our day to have a move night. It was 40 minutes from Sedona and 20 from Flagstaff (and about an hour and 20 from the Grand Canyon), so it was a perfect middle location for what we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again when we plan our next trip to AZ
The home was as pictured. It was exceptionally clean and the living room furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate items for making our meals. If in the area again, we would stay here again.
It was the perfect size for me and my 2 girls. Location was good being between Sedona and Flagstaff. Nothing particular to talk about the neighborhood, but we kept to staying inside the house and we didn't feel comfortable being outside. Communication with the host was spectacular. Cleanliness was superb. Dishwasher would have been icing on the cake. My kids loved their space upstairs with the beds.

Property located in a quiet neighborhood and home was perfect for our stay. View off back deck was a littered yard. Front door lock has not been fixed as stated in previous reviews. Location was great for easy access to hiking, Sedona, and Flagstaff.
We were all very comfortable while staying in this little cabin. While it is well established with close neighbors, it is still quiet and serene with a view to the millions of stars at night.
We had two scares while there; first, the bed in the master bedroom suddenly collapsed in the middle of the night (I thought my husband had fallen out of bed!) and second, we had three sightings of a single mouse who didn’t bother us. But none of these things detracted from our pleasant stay.
Thanks!!!
My husband and I wanted to spend a few quiet days and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city and this cabin was just what we needed, the manager was always in contact and always quickly resolved our doubts, the cabin is clean and comfortable, it has everything you need!! We would definitely rent it again.
Sweet cabin with welcoming staff that communicated quickly. Loved the kitchen—made it easy to cook for the family. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful scenery.
We stayed here on our way to national parks in Northern Arizona. Hosts were very acommodating when we had to make a change in short notice. It was clean, comfy, just a described. A perfect place to relax and feel at home after a day of travel. Thanks!
Very comfortable, nice peaceful neighborhood, people you run into are friendly. close enough if you still want to explore - we took the back roads to mormon lake and flagstaff, you can do 10-15mph and enjoy the scenery, lots of deer and wildlife. enjoyed the evenings on the front porch and surprisingly there were zero bugs/flies/mosquitos. weve done the Schnebly Hill rd down to Sedona before and that's right there too.
The floor is not level in different areas in the house, you should put we’re the bathrooms are, that there both downstairs, the tv in downstairs bedroom did not work. Otherwise the cabin was clean.
Overall it was good. The exterior front and back yard needs work. Bushes in the front need to be trimmed. Back yard needs to be weeded and raked. Grill needs to be updated-rusted out. Bed was really comfortable. I would get rid of shower door and just hang a curtain. The way kitchen was stocked was really good.
This was a perfect spot for my wife and I to get away for the week. The house is located in a quite neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but easily accessible to Flagstaff and Sedona, and only an easy 2 hr drive to the Grand Canyon. We loved our morning coffee time on the covered front porch! The house is clean and well appointed. It has 2 twin beds in the upstairs loft that would make it a great place for a family with 2 kiddos. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and would stay here again on a return trip.
The A-frame is perfect for a family of four and a dog. The street is not busy as it is a side street. It is the ideal neighborhood to walk your dog without traffic. Very peaceful. The living room is great for evenings when everyone is tired. Everyone fought over the fancy bean bag, even Mom. The kids loved the spiral staircase to their area in the loft. The place has AC, and we needed it as it was hot for a few days. The front porch is covered. We sat on that porch for many hours every day. It rained a few times; that was the best, as we are from Phoenix and don't know what rain is. Great base for daily adventures in Munds or day trips to Northern Arizona sites. As for me and the dog, we're first up. He and I got to enjoy the cool mornings as everyone else slept in. The breeze in the trees and the smell of pine were the best part. You get all this at a very reasonable price. We will stay here again. Enjoy your time in Munds.
It is an adorable little property and we were excited to stay. Great fenced in back yard for our dog in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
We had two main complaints. First was the cleanliness outside. We arrived to spiderwebs all over the front porch and covering the back patio including the dining table and chairs. We understand it is the woods but still there were more than one would expect. This leads to the second complaint. We were trying to eat outside the night we arrived because the temperature was 87-88 in the cabin. Again we understand it is in the mountains but the airflow was not great. We would recommend a portable az unit of some kind to help in the summer months. There were fans but they were not cutting it.
Also beware that the front door is tricky. It is odd the way you need to hold the handle to lock it. Not they just tricky.
Overall we enjoyed it those small things just added a few challenges and extra steps to our relaxing weekend.
