The stag was amazing, the rooms were large and clean. We stayed over Christmas and they put a decorated tree in our room for the kids as well as gave us ornaments. Location was great too!

Room was fantastic, staff were friendly but tended to sit around chatting to their mates more than serve; I managed 2 breakfasts before being offered a morning coffee. I would advise against paying for breakfast there! Very good location and an enjoyable stay! It is more of a modern, relaxed and funky atmosphere, so more like staying at your mates house than a pampered hotel stay. Would defo go back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was very attentive, made check in and check out easy, and provided services for room services as requested. They were quick to communicate when we had questions, and gave great suggestions for everything from restaurants to beer halls to must see attractions. The location for this hotel can’t be beat- it made all of our plans incredibly easy to execute, and allowed us to walk around Munich being right in the city center. Despite being right in the middle of all the action, the hotel was very secure (we had to use our key card to get though multiple door access points to get to our room), and our room was very quiet; the noise from the Main Street never carried into our room, which is difficult to imagine given where it is located. We had an amazing time during our week long stay at Haus im Tal, and will keep it in mind when we visit Munich again. It served as a perfect home away from home during the week of Christmas :)

Room was a bit small, but clean. Bed was very low to the ground and not easy to get in and out for seniors. Bathroom nice with great shower. Seating options lacking, uncomfortable straw papasan chair and hard desk chair. Could use a small couch or comfortable chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location can’t be beat! Close to everything!
