Stayed here for 4 nights while in Munich for Oktoberfest. Had a hiccup (on our end) with our reservation and the staff were very helpful and understanding. We really enjoyed Norbert in the bar area. He was so friendly and always has a smile! Food and drinks were good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed there for 2nights. The prior and post day of our land tour. We enjoyed our stay as it’s convenient with the train station and grocery stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great, lots to choose from. I can recommend and will definitely stay there again if opportunity arises.

I arrived earlier than the check in time (2:30pm, for a 3pm check in) and was told my room category was not ready, so I went for a walk. When I came back at 2:30pm my room was still not ready (again fine as I was early), so at 3pm I was told that there were still no Premium Rooms available. Normally, in this instance, you'd expect to be offered the next category up, but I was offered the Standard Room (and nothing in the way of compensation). I had to take it because I needed to be somewhere within the hour. The room I was give was spacious, with a comfortable bed, but it had no safe or ironing board (the latter I was able to order from housekeeping) The bathroom was also a good size with a nice powerful shower, but it did not drain too well. No noise from outside or neighbouring rooms, so a good nights sleep. I did not have time to use any of the facilities but it looked like there were some good options. The hotel is a five minute walk from the nearest underground station which takes you straight into town. I would stay again for the price paid, as overall it was a nice experience.

Comfortable hotel

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Hotel is convenient to public transportation. Air conditioning worked great. Good breakfast buffet. Drinks and food at bar were also good. Would stay again.

hotel and breakfast was good. we booked two double bed room but double beds are small, just lise single bed. At the reception there was a very rude worker, we just went in the hotel and talking to him about room and reservation and he suddenly turn to my husband and said that ' is there sth wrong sir, youre looking at me??' what?? where did we used to look at? he was strange really. other workers at restaurant are really kind and smiley.

Lovely place

We stayed there second time now and we will be back for sure. All staff are super kind and helpful , we had a great time , tv lounge idea is amazing and pool area is just wonderful. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main Ubahn station which offers a train every couple of minutes to various locations and into the hear of Munich. We had dinner and drinks and the food was decent and the service was great. We used the sauna one evening which was very nice (but much warmer than anticipated).
