If you are walking from the train station, you will pass by a few strip clubs. The neighbor seems safe in daylight hours. The hotel itself is excellent. The water pressure in the shower is great. The staff are all friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is Nice, Clan, functional and the staf VERY friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the location, near the central railway station and on a busy street also implies in outside noise all night (I spent a Saturday night at the hotel), and the neighbourhood is dirty. The flip side of the coin is that the very same location is central to Munich's historic city centre, railway station and public transport.

The hotel is small with no real dining facilities.Plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were quite small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a busy road and was very noisy into the early hours. The area was a little bit scruffy and seedy, which my daughter found uncomfortable.

We stayed here for one night during Oktoberfest. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of construction around the area, but that seems to be fairly typical of the larger cities. There was quite a bit of street noise and the curtains did not block much light which made it a bit difficult to get a restful night’s sleep, but the location was perfect for our needs and the staff members were very helpful. We would stay here again.

This hotel is very nice! Comfy and cosy! I like mostly the front desk staff, very kind, and hospitable. Andrei is very kind to accommodate me with charging cords for my phone ( without me realising U.S. chargers are different in Europe). Light breakfast is also a plus and coffee makes it even tastier! Loving this hotel ( one minus is outside locals are very loud and drunk) other than that this hotel is very nice and safe. Love and aloha from Hawaii. 🌺

Clean, older, good price, near train station

Ask for non street side if a light sleeper. Street noise til 2 am and started again after 4 am. We liked the clean space, basic snacks for breakfast offered. In an ethnic area with lots of doner kebab and shops. Only 3 or so blocks from train station, fairly close to S bahn and trams and walkable to Marienplatz, about 15 min. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room though a bit small is comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions, and the train central station, and different restaurants. We will definitely recommend this hotel (The Prasident) with our family and friends.

Pleasant stay

Nice staff and hotel. The bed was comfortable, although the floor needed vacuuming. The location was good to go to Oktoberfest and other tourist sites, although there are a number of homeless people in the area.

Decent rooms with easy acces to the banhof and city transit. The area by the station is rather dirty, but if you are looking for reasonable rooms with walking distance from the main station, thats what the neighbourhood is but the hotel itself and the rooms were very good and comfortable with great breakfast to start our days off
