This was my second (and last) stay at Pulman. Arrived in the evening, checked in and was not informed of the restaurant being closed that day- couldn’t even get a beer. My room was clean but the safe did not work, there were coffee pods but no machine to use them, building work was being carried out with pneumatic drills daily,

Really like the location and the property overall, BUT the pillows are flat and there is black mold in the showers. I would expect more from an Accor hotel and these seem like basic needs. I do not see myself staying here again.

Front Desk staff were great! Room was large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has easy access to the U-Bahn and an easy walk to the English Garden. There are not a ton of restaurants really close, but plenty within a short walk.

The room was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The balcony was a little small but I didn´t have the time to try it out.

Good - Hotel has a nice feel, bed was comfortable, and overall room and bathroom were clean. Bad - Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, what looked like a small blood stain on the wall outside the bathroom, ottoman/seat at the end of the bed had marks/stains, some of the cushions on the bed had marks/stains.

The location of the hotel is not bad - near the metro, but there are no shopping centers, stores, etc. in the area. The rooms are quite large, but they lack minimal things that should be in a hotel that gives the impression that it has 4 stars! The hotel has an open back entrance and anyone can enter without any security. really not sure.

The air conditioning did not work on all of the 4 days that I was there. I was given different answers from the front desk - ranging from they did not have ac but only ventilation, or it’s cold outside why do you need the ac? - turning the ac fan on to full made it rattle, called the front desk and was told they will look into it - reminded them that evening and was told all our airconditioners make noise. Was asked to sleep with the windows open - my room was just above their garbage bay where the garbage truck showed up every morning at 6:00 - very noisy. My room is also above a supermarket loading bay where at 7 they re-stocked supplies for the supermarket. Blankets were not clean. Housekeeping other than that was good. Front desk staff - some were very polite and nice - others just seemed indifferent or dis-interested. Check out was ok they goofed up on my laundry bill and charged me for for the washing my suits instead of ironing - at first was told that they probably did wash them and I’m like my form was filled out by the front desk for just ironing them. Resolved but not a good experience. I’ve stayed here 7-8 times before and I don’t remember it being this bad. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Lovely hotel, modern, clean and easy to access from city centre via UBahn. The airport bus stop is only a couple of minutes away too. Friendly staff and perfect for a city break. There is a supermarket next door for supplies too!
