This hotel is more like a Motel, no service at all, no one to assist with our luggage, someone manning the reception is the only service provided. Marriott seems to use this awful mattress toppers which overflow from the sides and takes shape where middle of the bed sinks in, not helpful if you have a back problems. I asked them if they could change my mattress to a more firmer mattress, they said no however offered to move me into another room which had the same type of mattress and mattress topper. I asked if they could remove the mattress top, they said yes however when we got back to our hotel late afternoon, mattress top wasn’t removed, went to reception to ask, I was told housekeeping went home. I went to my room and removed the topper myself. Very poor selection of goods for breakfast, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, 3 types of fruit, 3 types of bread, few cereals. No teaspoons , when asked they told me they run out of teaspoons because they only have few of them and to use tablespoons to mix my coffee, had to ask for serviettes couple of times because they had run out of it.
Am surprised that this establishment has Marriott brand and lowers the brands standards.
I do not recommend this place and will not stay here again.
