Spacious semi-detached house in the east of Munich, with a view of the Alps

"Your" apartment, with a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, is located on the upper floor of a two-family house.

It features a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed, and a single bed on the mezzanine. There's also a pull-out sofa in the living room. It offers comfortable space for four adult people.

The house is located on the outskirts of Markt Schwaben, a cozy little town with good restaurants and many shops. Everything, including the train station, is within a 20-minute walk.

It's practically in a perfect location: not only can you admire the sights of Munich, but you can also quickly reach the natural highlights of Upper Bavaria – mountains and lakes.

Munich's city center can be reached by car in just 25 minutes; by train from Markt Schwaben, you can reach the Ostbahnhof (Eastern Train Station) in 15 minutes. The airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Europe's largest thermal spa, near Erding, is also nearby (a 20-minute drive).
And the Munich Exhibition Center is just 20 minutes away by car or S-Bahn!

The nearby wildlife park in Poing (a 15-minute walk) is a very popular destination for families and animal lovers.

Great Stay!

The house was great and as described. The location to the train station and City wasn't the best. Maybe because of the Oktoberfest in Munich, but getting a Taxi or an Uber was nearly impossible. I will recommend it to family and friends.

5 Sterne? Pah - 10 wären angebracht!

Wie zu Hause, nur viel schöner. Was soll ich sagen, es war einfach toll in diesem großzügig angelegten Haus, in dem sich 4 Erwachsene mit Hund fast in dem Haus verloren haben. Das selbe gilt für Garten und Terrasse - einfach herrlich. Unserem Hund wurde auch gleich ein Freund zur Seite gestellt - phantastisch!!! Nicht zu vergessen, dass wir bei DER Badewanne mit SO einer Aussicht gleich alle Hinweise zum sparsamen Umgang mit Wasser schnell verbannt haben. Alles in allem sind 5 Sterne einfach nicht genug, wir würden auch 10 gegeben haben.

Ein Urlaub mit kleinen Ärgernissen

Wir haben das Haus für einen einwöchigen Urlaub gebucht, in dem wir Städtetrip und Erholung miteinander verbunden haben. München ist sowohl mit der S-Bahn als auch mit dem Auto super erreichbar. Das Haus selbst befindet sich im Grünen (allerdings direkt an der Bahn). Die Ausstattung im Haus ist im Obergeschoss sehr modern und einladend, wohingegen uns das Kellergeschoss leider nicht zusagte, so dass wir es nicht benutzt haben. Neben leichtem Schimmel an den Fenstern im Schlafraum machte das gesamte Kellergeschoss einen alten, nicht richtig gereinigten Eindruck (bspw. Spinnen in den Ecken an der Decke oder eine unreine Gummimatte vor der Dusche). Auch die Küche im EG war nicht richtig sauber (Krümel im Backofen und ein alter benutzter Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine). Außerdem haben wir leider zu einer Zeit gebucht, in der das Haus von außen gestrichen wurde, was wir im Voraus nicht wussten. Im Garten lag Maler-Equipment herum und an einem unserer Urlaubstage begann auf einmal morgens um 7:45 Uhr jemand auf der Terrasse das Haus zu streichen. Der Vermieter hätte dies zwar auf unseren Wunsch hin unterbunden, aber das hätte man vorab besser planen können, so dass wir ihn haben streichen lassen. Insgesamt war der Urlaub in Ordnung. Andere Mieter hätten sich vielleicht weniger über die Dinge geärgert, aber wir würden das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen. Herzlichen Dank noch an die Enkelin des Vermieters, die sich während seiner Abwesenheit um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat!

Tolles Haus mit ein paar Makeln

Als erstes muss man sagen, dass die Bilder des Hauses von außen sowie des Gartens, in Kombination mit der Beschreibung des zu mietenden Objekts ( Haus mit schwimmteich, Wintergarten, etc. ) Definitiv für Missverständnisse sorgen können. Vermietet wird der „kleine rechte Teil“ wenn man auf das erste Foto des Hauses schaut. Auch ist es der „kleine Garten“ der diesem zugehörig ist. Der große Garten mit Schwimmteich und Wintergarten gehört zu der nicht vermieteten Seite. Vermutlich wohnen dort aber die Vermieter. Auf Nachfrage durften wir diesen Garten auch nutzen, es muss einem lediglich nur klar sein, dass dieser eben nicht zur Eigennutzung ist. Wir hatten das anhand der Bilder missverstanden und auch gelesen, dass es andere gab, die diese Erfahrung gemacht haben. (Dies also nur zur Info für weitere Mieter). Das Haus Ansich hat eine wundervolle Front, einen traumhaften Blick und ist gemütlich eingerichtet ! Das „Souterrain“ haben wir nicht genutzt. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein gemütlicher wohn/essberreich mit Küche. Alles notwendige war vorhanden, nur eine Mikrowelle fehlte uns (wenn man es weiß mitbringen oder umplanen). Die Schlafzimmer oben , 2 Stück sind gemütlich wobei das eine, eine Schlafcouch besitzt welche wirklich „klein“ ist und über eine Leiter ein weiteres Bett zu erreichen ist. Achtung: mit kleinen Kindern nicht möglich dort zu schlafen bzw. diese dort schlafen zu legen, da zu hoch und zu gefährlich). Das andere Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum, groß geräumig und ein tolles Bett !!! Wir haben großartig geschlafen und uns alle in diesem Zimmer bequem gemacht! Nur eines sollte man definitiv noch wissen, das ganze Haus insbesondere die Schlafzimmer haben viele riesige Fenster.Für einen Mittagsschlaf der Kinder oder abendliches frühes zu Bett gehen wäre ein Rollladen oder ein verdunklungsvorhang allerdings von Vorteil gewesen. Auch wir Erwachsenen hätten es gerne noch etwas dunkler gehabt. Ansonsten ein traumhaftes Bad mit freistehender Badewanne! Dann gab es noch den Punkt mit der Bahn und den Flugzeugen. Diese sind definitiv zu hören, alles andere wäre aber auch unmöglich, da der Zug direkt am Garten entlang fährt und die Flugzeuge die Flugschleuse direkt über dem Haus haben. Jetzt das aber: Man weiß es wenn man sich vor der Buchung informiert und wir empfanden es nicht als wirklich störend sondern eher als etwas an das man sich gewöhnen muss und kann. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus ! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Haus ist wirklich geräumig und sehr sauber! Es war zwar schon zu kalt, um den Garten zu nutzen, aber durch die große Fensterfront konnte man die schöne Aussicht genießen! Ein Aufenthalt im "Haus Alpenblick" können wir also nur empfehlen!

Großzügig und entspannt

Ich war mit meinen Eltern und Hund hier. Für uns genau das richtige, um weitere Familie zu besuchen und sich doch eine Auszeit nehmen zu können. Toller Garten, der auch eingezäunt und somit für den Hund super war. Schöne Aufteilung, sodass man sich nicht immer auf der Pelle hocken muss 😉 Alles wichtige vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir die Heizung nicht wirklich runterregeln, sodass es uns oft zu warm war. Check-in war anfangs etwas holprig den Schlüsselkasten zu finden, aber auch hier war der Vermieter schnell erreicht und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation war stets freundlich und gut erreichbar. Uns hat es gefallen und wir haben super geschlafen, trotz Bahn hinterm Garten.
