"The hotel was wonderful. The staff was exceptional: professional, gracious, helpful, friendly, informative. The hotel location is excellent. The room was a treat. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We just wish that we could have stayed longer, but we will return. An outstanding hotel. Obrigado!"
"My stay was excellent. At the time of my check in, they hotel had just been open for less than a week. A few minor kinks existed, but nothing major to distract from a stay.
The breakfast was great and just enough to have to get the day started. The themed rooms added to the unique character of the hotel.
Housekeeping was daily and timely. The water pressure was great the hot water was indeed very hot. The room was quiet enough to sleep in during my stay even when the cable cars were rolling by. Often, I sat by the French balcony doors and enjoyed listening to the people and traffic below.
I look forward to returning as I feel as though I have a new location in Lisbon to return as if it were my home."
"Staff were very friendly and we felt really looked after during our stay. The hotel breakfast was very nice with a large selection of fruits cheeses and pastries every morning. Hotel is very well situated for Rossio train station. Lots of bars and restaurants are in easy walk. "
"Location is absolutely fantastic! Staff was fantastic. Burger and fries at the restaurant downstairs was yummy! The room we had wasn’t huge- but it didn’t matter. Everything else more than made up for it. It was perfect for friends trip and I would stay there again solo in a heartbeat. "
