The staff was horrible. I think her name is Gabriela. I have never been treated like this anywhere around the world. I needed to change hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone and she should not work with any type of service.

Amazing service, very respectful and accommodating staff! House keeping ladies on the 5th floor go above and beyond. Nellys breakfast is perfect. Next time I’m in Helsingborg I will definitely be staying again.
