Mais que dire de notre arrivĂ©e...1h du matin porte fermĂ©e, pas de petit dej (qui Ă©tait censĂ© ĂȘtre dans le frigo)...nous sommes partis Ă  9h le matin et a notre retour le soir les produit frais Ă©tait sur la table, donc avec le chauffage plus utilisable le lendemain. Pourquoi ne pas le mettre au frigo? mystĂšre. Mauvaise organisation mais ça ne choque pas les propriĂ©taire qui sont a priori a l'Ă©tranger...bref dommage et pour 200€ la nuit inacceptable. "

"This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"

"This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room. The furnishings are anything from 20-40 years old, the room was beyond basic with no air conditioning and upon leaving the window open to be able to sleep all we could...
