Luxury, ground floor, 3 Bed apartment, stunning views, quiet and private.
A lovely ground floor apartment, perfectly private. Nearby Corvera town is very Spanish with plenty of good local restaurants. The town is 20 minutes from San Javier airport and 50 minutes from Alicante. It lies 25 minutes from the tourist beaches of the Mar Menor and 15 minutes from the city of Murcia itself. The resort is in a quiet rural setting. A hire car will be needed for guests who wish to explore the area. The resort has a very low build density, so guests will not be subjected to large crowds. Guests have exclusive access to a super swimming pool.
Facilities on site include a 5 a side / basketball court, tennis and padel courts and plenty of children's play areas . An equestrian centre is in town. Murcia is a dry area, but is still renowned for its birdlife and spectacular countryside. Local walks and birdwatching can be arranged with the Finca by the side of the resort.
The Apartment is a non smoking apartment and includes TV, fast WiFi
The Master bedroom is complete with double bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower/bath and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds that can also be converted into doubles. These rooms share a second bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living area converts into a high standard double bed for additional visitors.
The property also includes the following facilities - barbecue, 2 x mountain bike, 1 full set of golf clubs, swimming pool toys and inflatables, tennis and padel rackets, basketball and netball. There are also toys, parasols and towels for the beach.
The kitchen is fully fitted out and with a Nespresso machine. The dining room table is extendable for larger families
Note - the golf course is not currently operational until 2026. There are lots of excellent courses in the area and trips and bookings can be arranged on request.

My family had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was as advertised. The apartment was quiet, secure and well equipped with good quality furnishings. The outdoor space was great for eating and sunbathing. The WiFi worked well. Communications with the host were very good.
It was fine and well equipped but we had problems with the electric as there was a water leak in the hallway so we had to have the maintenance team in a few times so we think it needs a bit of work done to it. The write up is correct saying that it is a very quite place and you certainly need some form of transport if you want to go out and see anywhere as it is a fair walk into town.
Myself and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean, private, secure and an ideal size for my family of five.
A short drive to the quiet town of Corvera which has everything you need food wise. There is an excellent English speaking bar with good food and entertainment as well as sport for my teenage son!
A 25-30 minutes drive to the centre of Murcia, which is a beautiful traditional Spanish City with a range of restaurants and bars.
Alongside the Villa location and holiday being excellent, the communication and helpfulness of Karen and Mark was outstanding pre, during and post holiday! Due to unforeseen circumstances at home our holiday arrangements had to change slightly and they accommodated us without any hesitation or qualms.
We would definitely recommend this villa to those wishing for a a quiet, relaxing holiday!
The apartment itself was lovely and as advertised! To say it is a Golf and Country club is an understatement as the whole of the golf course is under renovation and the country club is nonexistent and there are no amenities on site ( no restaurants or cafe/ bar ). The nearest village ( Corvera ) is roughly a 20 min walk downhill returning to the property uphill would probably be 35 mins. My opinion is whoever stays at Corvera Golf and Country club will certainly need transport ! Please bear in mind that it’s is a remote location and is surrounded by pig / sheep farms and in December the flies are in there hundreds and it’s very uncomfortable to sit outside ( I dread to think what it would be like in the height of the holiday season ). Would I stay here again ? No. Would I recommend anyone to stay here ? No !!!

Wohnung an sich ganz OK die Küche ist extrem klein und das Duschbad hat Schimmelprobleme.
Das eine Schlafzimmer ist ein Kühlschrank.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet die Sauberkeit hat einiges an Potential haben bei Ankunft erstmal alles geputzt.

Das Objekt liegt perfekt zwischen Cartagena und Murcia. Die Lage ist ruhig, um einige Nächte zu verbringen. Die Lage ist gut ausgestattet. Leider hatte niemand aus der Agentur Zeit für uns Zeit - weder beim CheckIn noch beim CheckOut.
L’appartement est conforme à la description. Il est spacieux et idéal pour une famille.
La piscine était un vrai plus. Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde.
Le seul point négatif: c est un peu isolé. Il faut absolument une voiture
This was a lovely apartment with everything as detailed. Very comfortable, clean and private. We would certainly book this property again in the future.
The property is very nice and well equipped. the big terrasse is really great to do barbecue and enjoy breakfast, lunch and diners outside. Mark is really responsive on request and this is really appreciative.
De woning had alles wat wij wensten en prima in orde. Ook de streek is een absolute aanrader als je houdt van wat historiek afgewisseld met mooie wandeling zal Corvera als vertrekpunt je zeker niet vervelen.
Wij waren uiteraard maar met twee en hadden dus ruimte zat en hebben echt genoten van alles wat de woning en de omgeving te bieden heeft.

FLY RIDDEN
Property was lovely, inside was well equipped, although too much furniture in lounge, we couldnt use the dining table as it was over crowded. Outside space looked lovely, but not safe, no fence at all down one side, close to car park. Astro turf got so hot, burnt your feet. Flies in their 1000's the whole time, farm smells, mostly in the evening. Could not enjoy the outside space at all. Pool area (baby pool) edges made from broken shells, both grandchildren cut their toes, which was emailed along with photos to management company, as yet a week and half later, we have had no reply. Out on a limb with the location, no transport at all. We were fortunate to meet a person who took us around the local area, or else our family of six would have been so isolated. We walked into village several times, which was like a desert in the heat, shops were closed in the afternoons. Hardly any bars , few restuarants, the best being 62 Corvera. We saved long and hard for this holiday, and were very dissapointed with the whole experience. Our first visit to Spain ever. Farm smells the whole time too. We are usually positive speaking people. But honestly, this place was very over priced for the area. Speaking to locals who rent for £450 per month.
We would not return. We met a few lovely people, but the resort and area, nothing to draw you back. Couldnt even enjoy the outside garden space.

Park verkeerd in staat van faillissement. Voorzieningen niet of slecht onderhouden.
Bij aankomst summiere uitleg ontvangen van tussenpersoon. Huis was niet echt schoon. Staat te huur voor maximaal 8 personen, maar er zijn geen pannen om voor 8 personen te koken.
Zwembad lag op ruim 100 meter lopen van het huis.
Beddengoed was te smal.
Doordat de eigenaar ook zijn eigen spullen daar had liggen, was er te weinig kastruimte om kleding op te bergen.
Prettig bij het warme weer was de airconditioning.
Het park verkeerd in staat van faillissement. Hierdoor waren sportfaciliteiten niet onderhouden. Een golfcourse is niet aanwezig.
Het weer was perfect en de omgeving was ook goed.
Kortom, park en huis scoren een onvoldoende.
