This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property accommodates 6 with 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa. Linens are included with this rental! Enjoy the ocean side pool (open Easter to mid October), hot water spa (closed Nov 1 - Mar 1) and building wide WIFI. The building is only 0.3 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

    Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
