"The property itself was excellent - it was clean; well appointed; easy to access; close to the dock, restaurants and shops; and faced east providing a gorgeous view of the sunrise. The communication with the host was non existent - no address was given, no access provided, no wifi password - nothing was provided through Vrbo. Fortunately we were traveling with family members who had stayed there before AND spoke Croatian so they knew where the property was and to ask a bartender (the property owner owns the bar on the ground floor) how to get a key to get in. Had they not been with us, we would have spent the first night on the street and another day trying to access. Not sure how much the owner paid Vrbo to represent and market his property and communicate with clients, but it is too much for absolutely lousy service."

"We had a fantastic time at the Bootshaus. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home. The whole house inside and out is thoughtfully decorated and has a very cozy and warm feeling. The owners clearly thought about the little details to make the stay comfortable. The house itself is also very functional and has all the amenities you need including a grill, kettle, washing machine, screened windows etc. The spacious parking lot in front of the house was definitely a bonus and after some practice, easy enough to get in and out. Overall, the house fit our family of five perfectly. It is also nicely located close to restaurants, a bakery, a little market and grocery store in Betina, but it's also walkable distance to Murter center ( about 20-30 minutes). Communication with the owner was flawless and immediate and they provided great input for the area and to our specific questions. We can definitely recommend this place. "
