House With Air Conditioning, Terrace, Plancha 20 minutes from Nîmes

Welcome to my charming T3 HOUSE located in the picturesque village of Mus, my native village, in the heart of Gard. Finished in August 2023 you will find a perfect combination of modern comfort and traditional character, this small house offers an ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday.

I created this HOUSE following a transfer, to have comfort for my return to family. You will be here at my home, but designed to make you feel at home.
The OUTBUILDING or HOUSE, spacious and bright, can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, ensuring a good night's sleep after a busy day exploring my beautiful region.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilets and all the equipment necessary for your well-being will be present. Shampoo, Shower Gels and Bath Towels are provided free of charge. And that makes us happy.

The living room with a sofa and a television will be perfect for family movie evenings. You will find a Netflix account, board games and classic television channels.

You can use a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and everything you need to prepare a lunch worthy of Top Chef.
Coffee, tea, kettle, toaster, coffee maker... for breakfast.
A WASHING MACHINE is also at your disposal, as well as an iron and an ironing board, to be impeccable in all circumstances.

To enjoy the song of the cicadas, a private terrace with garden furniture, PLANCHA and parasol awaits you. Ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning or relaxing at the end of the day with a cold Costières de Nîmes.

Not forgetting the Wi-Fi, AIR CONDITIONING and free and SECURE PARKING in the property.

MUS is a small, peaceful village, with its tobacco bar, its bakery and little places to walk. Beyond these limits, you will be immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the south of France.
Discover regional products at the CALVISSON, SOMMIERES or UZES market, the Roman monuments of NÎMES, the Camargue and its bullfighting traditions, the beaches of Grau du Roi, its vineyards...
