Lovely stay at Centara. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice service. Used the massage service which was nice. Didn't try the food though. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious and beautiful, the spa was amazing and the staff were helpful and courteous. The only issue I had was the hot water temperature was never hot, only lukewarm during my 4 day stay. Aside from that I had a wonderful time and plan to stay at the Centara the next time I am travelling to Oman.

This hotel is value for the money you pay. It is not near anything (a small supermarket across the road), convenient for the airport though. The hotel has several restaurants but only one is open any given day. The rooftop terrace is also behind a locked door when the roof restaurant is not open. Pool is small and often doesnt have space. The rooms are ok and clean enough.

Centara was once a good hotel. That is evident. But, at this stage, it's resting on its laurels. The rooms are nice and large, but housekeeping suffers. I killed a cockroach in the room, but the hotel never followed up with pest control, even after I had reported it. There's a nice pool on the roof, but it needs maintenance. The gym is quasi abandoned. Staff is inattentive and dismissive. They're not rude. They fake interest and never follow up on requests. A good manager will whip Centara into shape, but they need to have in place.

Where do I start. This is THE WORST hotel we have ever stayed. The whole hotel and hallways smell like dead fish. Our room was nasty. There was hair on our bed sheet and the pillow cases were stained. We asked to change our room. The new room wasn’t any better. There was a hole in our bed sheet and the shower drain wasn’t working properly. We ended up not taking shower at all. The washroom was not cleaned and it felt disgusting. We were missing hand soap and when given one, it was broken. The towels smelled like they haven’t been washed. I wouldn’t recommend thid hotel to anyone.
