"We had an excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. The hotel is new, beautifully designed and in a superb beachfront location. What really made our visit, however, was the staff. They were warm, attentive and genuinely keen to help, without ever being intrusive. The service felt personal throughout and made the whole stay particularly memorable. We would happily return."

"First of all I want to appreciate the best staff Chandu (lifeguard)who was all the time cheerful and was in the swimming pool trying to cheer the guests up. He does his best and he deserves a lot. Because my stay in aloft muscat was unforgettable because of his smile, his support and his kindness. Also the breakfast was full and delicious . The room was spacious and the amenities brand new. Don’t miss the chance to stay in this lovely hotel, to meet its wonderful staff like Chandu."

"I booked a sea view standard room and when I checked in, we were kindly upgraded to a sea view suite, which had an incredible space and felt like a home from home feeling. The check in was seamless and very friendly. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and I wish this hotel all the best. Location is perfect and close to beach, marina and the Walk. We will be back."
