Great property with fantastic amenities. They upgraded us to a suite which was highly appreciated as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The half board was good however, we felt the options were limited in terms of cuisine. However, the hotel did do their best to satisfy our tastebuds with options for customisation of dishes. Overall, a fantastic stay where we left feeling relaxed.

I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Muscat. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed, but the highlight of the experience was definitely the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, always making sure everything was perfect. The service felt genuine and personalized, which made the stay even more special. From the restaurants to housekeeping and concierge, the hospitality was outstanding throughout. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Muscat. Everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The hotel’s pool and beach facilities are beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The gym is also very well equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. A special thank you to David from the pool team, who was always so attentive and kind to us throughout our stay—his service truly made a difference. This was a special trip to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel made it even more memorable with a room upgrade. I was given a stunning suite with a breathtaking mountain view, which made the experience even more magical. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat!

Amazing place Very nice room, very good hygiene housekeeping service is great Food & beverage same amazing around the pool the pool boy and beach are very nice people doing great service with the smile very professional team also at the mean restaurant great service Very good breakfast Be careful at the checkin the lady told us that the restaurant is close and push us to go to have late lunch outside seems very strange to me so I went to check at the restaurant and it was open .. Except this everything was absolutely great

One of the best properties I have stayed at, so relaxing with very helpful and friendly staff. Concierge booked our restaurants with ease. Nice breakfast, good restaurant options. Lovely amouage store on site if you like exclusive perfumes.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Muscat and it was an unforgettable experience. Every detail was impeccable, but what truly made my holiday special was the outstanding service from the team. Maryam and Sarah Jane made every breakfast a delight with their warmth and attention to detail. By the pool, Humprey went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable and well looked after. A special mention to Madai at Essenza restaurant, who made our dining experience truly memorable with exceptional recommendations and genuine hospitality

I had the pleasure of spending nine days in this magnificent seaside property, beautifully located and refined in every detail. The décor is exquisite. The generous upgrade added a remarkable touch to our stay. What truly distinguished this experience, was the consistently impeccable service we received throughout the hotel. My heartfelt thanks go first and foremost to Martino Del Buono, whose professionalism, discretion and gracious attention set the tone for our entire stay. I would also like to acknowledge the team members for their warm and attentive service and management, as well as Susil, whose care and dedication were deeply appreciated. We greatly enjoyed the lounge at sunset, along with the variety of atmospheres offered by the bars and restaurants, all serving truly delicious dishes. I travelled with my family, and we are unanimous in our appreciation. I highly recommend this exceptional property and will certainly return.
