The hotel is clean, and the rooms are excellent for those on a business trip looking for a clean place. The location is decent. However, the staff lacks experience and could benefit from some training.

Really fabulous hotel from the moment you walk through the front door. Clean and comfortable rooms with Fast Internet and a smart TV. Good selection of shops and restaurants nearby as well. Bus number 8 from the Airport also stops nearby the hotel. Great staff there as well.

Room was clean and the housekeeping was on point in remaking the bed, changing towels etc. The staff was accommodating to my requests. The location is in the center of the city but not walkable to any of the major tourist spots. This seems like a challenge in Muscat as the tourist spots are spread out everywhere. I didn’t get breakfast but seems like they had a wide spread. I just got my cappuccinos everyday from the onsite restaurant since they open much sooner (6:30am) than the neighboring restaurants/cafes

Excellent and clean rooms, with view of the city or mountains. Excellent front staff; Eliwa, Mohammad, Faisal. Chef Viraj prepares the most delicious dishes. He’s outstanding. He makes every effort to impress and prepare the best dishes possible.

The rooms are furnished well, with top quality linen and pillows. The cleaning is done very well. The staff, specially the front desk, are courteous, helpful and professional. However, the hallways smell like cigarette smoke, which is nauseating. The front of the building should have a “Smoking” designated area away from the front door. An ashtray for cigarettes ought to be available and a large trash can situated for large bags of trash. (Sometimes, the trash accumulates around the small trash can, giving the front entrance an unwelcoming appearance.

The walls between rooms are thin. One can clearly hear individuals on the other side of the wall talking. Mahendra meets all the qualifications of an outstanding employee. He is professional at all times. He is patient and responds thoroughly when asked a question.
