"Very comfortable apartment that has everything you need for your stay, kitchen, washing machine and air conditioning. It's few minutes away from the main bus station and walking distance from the centre. The staff were friendly and communicate very well during the check-in and assisted with my bags. I would recommend it."

"A good value for money hotel with a great location for the Skopje old town and central area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Modern room with a comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. Decent breakfast buffet. Only complaints would be that the sound proofing isn't great and the area is noisy (although to be fair, it did quieten down around midnight). Toilet seat was broken in my room. Good parking for a motorcycle, but a tight squeeze for cars."

From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was consistently impressed by the hotel's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. What distinguishes this hotel is its remarkable staff. From the front desk associates to the bellboys and every team member I encountered, everyone demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine warmth. Their welcoming smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at all times made me feel less like a guest and more like a member of their own family. The atmosphere was so inviting and comfortable that it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Another highlight of my stay was the magnificent breakfast buffet. The selection was extensive, featuring a wide variety of delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented items to suit every taste. Each morning began with an outstanding dining experience, providing the perfect start and enough energy for an entire day of sightseeing or business activities.
