"Two elevators weren’t working the day we checked in the next morning no elevators were working had to vary our luggage down 5 floors. Elderly people were carrying their luggage down the stairs also with no help from anyone. No hot water to shower in the morning."

"It was okay. Had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the room. It smelled like a dirty wet room probably from people using the pool. Wished our room had a couch to sit on. We only had a chair which meant one of us had to sit on the bed to eat food. Waited at the lobby for 10 mins for a staff member to refill the pool towels but no one ever came. Overall, we had an okay experience."

Alex was quick to respond and very helpful! I loved drinking my coffee in the sunroom and watching the chickens in the morning! Would definitely stay at the cottage again! "
