"First room was terrible … safe did not work and even after fixing … did not work. Put on 3rd floor right under buffet … furniture moving till 9:00 pm and again starting at 6:00 am! Changed rooms and everything was fine. I did have to downgrade room and did not receive any compensation?? This was our 8th stay at this hotel, but will rethink it before booking again!"

"Waffle mix was not all that great. No seasoning on the waffle batter....it didn't taste all that great. Luckily, there was a chef (3rd party) who made a great omelette. I am assuming, we paid in tips rather than the actual meal price. Felt like that should have been included in the hotel price, even if it was one night stay at a discounted price."

"The room has some smell we had to buy something to remove the smell and no one answer the phone on night for support or help. Apart of that. The room is nice and it has breakfast. It was ready al 6:00 am. ☺️"

"Staff was professional, parking was perfect, ac unit worked great. My only complaint was the room was roach infested and the shower head didn’t work. "
