"The apartment itself was nice. The convenience of the apartment was nice. The A/C worked great, the location was also good. However. They tried to overcharge me $140. before I even arrived. Their lack of communication regarding checking in early and the price to do so was never mentioned. They always evaded answering about that. ($20. for 10 min. early.) For our 4 day stay we were just given 1 already opened TP, 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths. A better stocked unit would have been nicer. I prefer to checkin easily and not have to be texting back & forth a ton of times for thing that should already be in the room. Not my idea of a good vacation. Also, the kiosk is a pain. After strugglinging with it for 10 minutes, I finally figured it out. Then get to the room and the keys I made wouldn't work. Sorry, you need to work on convenience of the whole process plus the stay. Then our room had a broken Ironing board and the shower curtain rod is all rusty! It was.nt a great experience. and everyone in the elevators with us all had the same complaints! Do Better!"

"Property was in a central location, very easy to walk to downtown or Music City Center but not overwhelmingly busy. Staff was so nice and helpful, very courteous and professional. Daily breakfast was such a nice perk and was such a hearty selection. Highly recommend and would stay here again."

"Great spot if the price is in an acceptable range stay here Dont even think about it GREAT LOCATION GREAT LIVING SPACE 2 BLOCKS FROM MIDDLE BROADWAY. GREAT DINER, STEAK HOUSE (didnt eat here), great pancake diner around tge corner Great ice cream place Kilwins across street. Great staff Great pool, gym, recreational areas, Bbq area"

"The Drury Plaza was a wonderful place to stay in downtown Nashville. Its location allowed for easy walking to main attractions. The morning breakfast and afternoon hot food and free drinks were delicious and a great perk for guests. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Location of this hotel is perfect for walking to the bars, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame. Upon arrival, we’re greeted by Marley with excellent service. There were no luggage carts available initially, but she went out of her way to look for one. Check in was smooth and easy. The bar area was nice with friendly servers. Breakfast was excellent! Well prepared hot breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles or pancakes, fruit yogurt, cereal. No non dairy creamer available. We had one problem during our visit that was not fixed until we brought it to the attention of the desk a second time. The bathroom sliding door would stick and required someone outside of the door to help the person stuck inside. But by the time we were leaving, it was clear the door was going to need repairs again. Hotel bar closes early at 11 pm and it’s difficult to find late night food. We attended a concert and couldn’t get food after 11 pm. No one would deliver due to traffic or early restaurant closure. Overall, we had a great time in Nashville and enjoyed our stay in such a convenient location."

"This was the perfect hotel, as it is close to everything in the city and the convention center. My room was ready early at 1:00 PM; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay here again!"
