A wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It is new, and built to be almost completely carbon - neutral. A stay at the hotel gives you unlimited access to the attached waterpark, including an excellent sauna area with eight different saunas, three cooling areas. (an ice cave, cold pool, and an ice fall)

I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....
