Lovely resort, very clean room, my husband enjoyed his massage, great complimentary breakfast, walking down to the beach is difficult due to the very steep road but hey it's Greece and to be expected.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, views were amazing. The rooms were also lovely but did come with a few flaws, our shower ran cold and jacuzzi made bubbling noises all night due to it not being filled up. This was sorted out for us^ Service was not you’d expect for a 5 star, some requests had to be made multiple times before they happened. Breakfast choices were limited and repetitive. Other than that our time at Flow was brilliant, and was definitely worth the money!

Overall a good property but they should provide drinking water bottle to the guest on a daily basis and have extra duvet in the house keeping store for guests who don’t share duvets. They provided a “blanket” which was not as the same duvet my partner was using.

I had to remove my bags with little help, the house keeping didnt clean well the rooms at all they only change towels ! There was a bad smell in the room and the AC was not working the room was too hot and although I reported that to the staff but they keep saying that its working and ignored my request.

Go personal!
