Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite contemporary interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed and direct access to the terrace. There is also a double sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests. Additionally, the bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin.
The further three bedrooms of Villa Ivoni are located on the first floor, the first featuring two single beds and the further two boasting double beds, as well as one double sofa bed each of them, where four more guests could be accommodated! The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. All of the bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration!
Following a few stairs up, our guests will find the last bedroom of Villa Ivoni. A loft type bedroom is there to welcome you with it’s own sitting area, smart 32” TV and an en suite bathroom with shower cabin.
Additionally, a WC (with a washing machine) can be also found on the ground floor.

Villa Ivoni is set in 700 m2 outdoor area with a 45 m2 private swimming pool and a special children’s compartment. (4x5 and 0,85 metres deep) , as well as a 100 m2 lawn covered area. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple! An outdoor shaded dining area is also available, so as for you to enjoy your meals, morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish!
For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor lawn covered playground is available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, a seesaw and a swing!

Villa Ivoni is located in Perama town which is within 5 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.
Location Overview.
Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.
The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
